Rules for using MahaHunt business websites, funnels and classifieds.

1. Service Scope
MahaHunt provides business profile websites, CRM tools, funnels, enquiries and classified publishing. It does not guarantee enquiries, sales, search ranking or business performance.
2. Account Responsibility
Users must provide accurate information, protect their PIN and use only content they are authorised to publish. Illegal, misleading, abusive or infringing content is prohibited.
3. Trial and Lifetime Access
The free trial allows users to evaluate the service before purchase. Lifetime means access for the operational lifetime of the MahaHunt service, subject to these terms, lawful use, technical maintenance and platform availability.
4. Moderation
MahaHunt may review, reject, hide or remove businesses, reviews, funnels or advertisements that violate policies, law, third-party rights or public safety.
5. Third-Party Services
WhatsApp, Razorpay, maps, hosting and external links are governed by their respective providers. Their availability is outside MahaHunt control.
6. Limitation
Users remain responsible for their products, services, offers, customer commitments, taxes and regulatory compliance. MahaHunt is a listing and digital presence platform, not a party to transactions between visitors and businesses.
7. Changes
Features and reasonable operational policies may be updated for security, compliance or service improvement. Material changes will apply prospectively where required.
