1. Information We Collect
We collect information submitted during registration, business profile creation, enquiries, reviews, payments and support interactions. This may include names, mobile numbers, business details, addresses, uploaded media and transaction references.
2. How We Use Information
Information is used to operate business websites, provide CRM features, process payments, prevent misuse, respond to support requests and improve portal performance.
3. Public Business Information
Information intentionally added to a public business website, classified listing or funnel may be visible to visitors and search engines. PINs, payment credentials and private CRM enquiries are not displayed publicly.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. MahaHunt stores payment references and status but does not store complete card, UPI or banking credentials.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with service providers only when required to operate hosting, payments, security or legal compliance.
6. Data Retention and Security
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used. Records may be retained for service, accounting, fraud prevention and legal requirements.
7. Your Choices
Business owners may update their profile through CRM and may contact MahaHunt support for correction, deactivation or lawful data requests.
